These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by AHA Home Appliance (“we,” “our,” “us”), including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and other services related to Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, and Refrigerators. By engaging with our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
AHA Home Appliance offers a comprehensive range of home appliance services in Chennai, including but not limited to:
Air Conditioner Services: Installation, repair, maintenance, and gas refilling for all types of AC systems (split, window, etc.).
Washing Machine Services: Repair and maintenance for top-load, front-load, semi-automatic, and fully automatic washing machines, addressing issues like drainage, spinning, motor problems, and drum issues.
Refrigerator Services: Repair and maintenance for single-door, double-door, and side-by-side refrigerators, including cooling issues, gas refilling, compressor repairs, and thermostat replacements.
Consultation: Expert advice on appliance selection, efficiency, and troubleshooting.
2. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting our services, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details about your appliance, including its type, model, brand, and any issues it may be facing, to the best of your knowledge.
Access to Property: Ensure that our technicians have safe and unhindered access to the area where the appliance is located, as well as access to necessary electrical and plumbing systems.
Compliance with Safety Regulations: Adhere to all safety regulations and provide a safe working environment for our technicians. Remove any obstructions or valuables from the work area prior to the technician’s arrival.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices for our services will be quoted to you individually for each service based on the complexity of the job, the type of service, and the cost of any required parts. We strive for transparent pricing, and all applicable charges will be discussed before commencing work.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking or service.
Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 7 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments for services are scheduled based on the availability of our technicians. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is booked.
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to [24] hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of [₹250].
5. Warranty and Guarantees
Service Warranty: We offer a [30]-day warranty on our labor for repair and installation services. If issues directly related to the service performed arise within this warranty period, please contact us for a free follow-up visit. This warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original service or issues caused by misuse or external factors.
Manufacturer Warranty: The warranty for new parts installed is provided by the manufacturer. We will assist in managing warranty claims for defective parts, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the manufacturer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHA Home Appliance’s liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from or in connection with our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by AHA Home Appliance, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service descriptions, and website content, is the property of AHA Home Appliance and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of this content without our express written consent.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and use your data only for the purposes of providing services, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations. 9. Force Majeure
AHA Home Appliance will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, or unforeseen equipment failure.
